Is padded for comfort. The blue and green plaid is very cute. I love that they have reflectors on them.

It disconnects at the neck and at both sides of the waist which literally makes it a snap to put on

With the clasps positioned as they are i could quickly and easily slip it over the dog’s head because this dog has a tendency to melt into the floor if it takes too long to put a harness on him
