One of the buckle forks broke the first day he wore it and poypet immediately sent me a replacement

The only thing is when my dog doesnt want to walk and plants her legs she is an older dog and at times is ready to go back in after doing what she goes outside to do the human cant pull either or the harness will come off

All of a sudden the fastener on the harness opened and stated to come off

I emailed poypet what had happened and that it was indeed a faulty fastener clip
