Small fits our 21# cairn perfectly. Works great for my 20lb terrier. Going to order 2 more for my other to pomeranians. My 10 week old shih tzu was engulfed by it.
Cons
Xs is many times too small. I need a xxs and u don't carry that size, the xs is so big, i'm very disappointed.
