Competitiveness
I've combined pqq and coq10 and is better than either product alone.
I took this alongside ubiquinol coq10 and noticed improvements in my sleep and general well-being compared to coq10 alone.
Pqq is said to be a similar but stronger equivalent to coq10, and at 20mg for 23p/capsule this is a decent price for this ingredient.
A good combination to go with coq10 is pqq.

Unfortunately there is no way to tell if this is having any effect as this is not a supplement that you will feel working contrary to the comments from most reviewers here who by definition are most likely experiencing a placebo effect if anything but the product seems good quality from a reputable brand and is affordable
