Pros

This jar comes with a device to measure and dissolve. I place about 2 pea size pieces in some warm water and let it dissolve. If you want that get some bee pollen, royal jelly, or even pine pollen.

This stuff is an enigma. It smells crazy, but works as described. I prefer consuming it directly because it is less time consuming.

The only natural product that has helped me get rid of hot flashes. Does give you energy and helps sustain energy level thru heavy athletic performance. It seems also to make my other medications more effective.

I have tried it dissolved in an 8oz glass of water

This product truly worked but is incredibly expensive relative to purchasing shilajit resin from other countries

Since i am not rich i have sourced good shilajit resin for a fraction of the cost
