Pros
It smells fresh and not flowery.
It’s pleasant, nondescript. The only downside is the cap. Prompt delivery and customer service.
This makes my skin so soft. It helps with the friz! It smoothes on well, non-greasy, just soft. Even my cuticles are better. I have very dry skin due to chemo, and found this product to be extremely helpful!
Capacity to moisturize is great. It has just enough tingle so that i feel it's working. Very good quality lotion.
Cons
It's not for me. Can't recommend; wouldn't repurchase. Wayyy too potent a fragrance, even for a highly perfumed cream. If you don't like'scented' soaps perhaps this is a good fit.
Even when warmed up, it still has a waxy, occlusive feel. It now has a grainy, thinner consistency. This soap is also very flaky and dry out of the package.

This product moisturizes my hands very deeply without making them greasy.
Certainly a good deal for the size and quality of the product!
I am not even done with the one i have and have already bought a backup.
Regardless, they have figured out to add a lovely scent and make the product an ointment like consistency.

It’s a thick cream and the scent i bought “ naturalshea butter or buerre dekarate” smells divine.
Competitiveness
Love it better than the high-priced l'occitane products.
Would definantly buy this again from this vendor.
This is a great product that is priced competitively against l’occitane shea hand creams, the holy grail of hand moisturizers!
I was trying to find a good substitute to l'occitane.

The metal tube is all i will buy the plastic tubes waste way too much product because it leaves a lot in the tube
