Ties in side allow you to secure behind back for more formed fit. Between the dress, head scarf, tights and boots, it's perfect. The boot attachments are perfect.

It's a very cute outfit, but it's extremely uncomfortable.
The quality is very good for $15.
Price
A little thin and the stockings run a little small, but the detail you get for the price is so worth it.
