Pros
The design of the seat is very good and it works well the problem is the quality of the chrome fittings. While by no means is it flimsy it is a lighter construction than the one it replaced. Very pleased with product.
Cons
The fixings that attach the seat to the toilet are the most flimsiest plastic toilet fixings i've ever used. It constantly needs tightening up as it slips all over the place and now even tightening it up stops the slipping. Had full refund.

It looks like we are going to have to replace the whole thing because of the quality of the chromed metal parts.

Borrowed from modern wall fixings just remove the incumbent seat clean thats the hard bit done
