While some found it easy to install, others encountered difficulties and required professional help or replacement parts. The instructions were generally praised for being excellent, but a solid understanding of electricity and plumbing is recommended due to its complexity. Some customers have reported issues with the product not working properly after installation despite their efforts to troubleshoot and replace parts.

Highlights
Quality
Easy install, works great, perfect for motor home.
With moderate use and a relatively clean supply, the carbon block and sediment filters will easily last a year.
I had the first watts system and at the end of its life it would waste gallons and gallons of water, literally dumping it down the drain.
The biggest hassle is changing the filters, which are the old canister type.
Price
It added $90 to the cost and gave me peace of mind.
Rather than stick with the watts provided transformer, i bought a cheap one on amazon for $12 that has worked since.
Saving $14 weekly in bottled water cost and not paying for wasted brine will soon pay for ro system.
So it's a pretty good value compared to buying bottled or spring water.

The odd thing about the zero waste system is that it is pushing waste to the hot water line while i understand why it is doing so it would be nice if the water could recirculate and reenter the filtration process
