Pros & Cons
Pros
The elastic strap is strong. I love that the top and bottom have separate lids if i only need to put half in the fridge or microwave.
Cons
Definitely over priced not woth the $25 charge. The containers are only secure when using the strap. I dont have the strap to hold it all together, my silverware isnt there.
The size of this thing is so irrational. Much smaller than pictured. Way too small, in length and depth.
Couldn't fit basic things like fresh broccoli cuts or corn on the cob halves. The picture and description implies a much larger lunchbox sizing. The too with the utensils just kind of sits on top, very loosely.

It’s plastic with a bamboo-like print which starts to come off after a while.
Packaging/appearance
I like that i can have a cold things box and hot things box.
It's a bit hard to spot the tabs on the lids to open the box but that's not too bad.
But the box is compact and fits in the bottom of a backpack so it doesn’t move or tip

You cannot stuff it full otherwise the containers won’t seal even though various pictures online and the description show the containers full of food

Note you will need a new aftermarket strap as the one that comes with the bento box might be stretching to its limit probably designed for the two containers if you want to stack three containers
