I believe in the effectiveness of this product a will continue to purchase. I'm a smart value shopper, so this product helps me with my health and wallet!

This berberine is an easy to * superstrength potency needed supplement for my heart and immune system. Large capsules, buteasy to *. And one gets tired of having to wipe off each capsule.

Cons

The amount of product in each capsule runs around 563 mg. That claim appears to be deceiving. Gave me cramps and horrible gas. Also very bad insomnia.
