Pros

This supplement is great for your bones and joints. It contains calcium and magnesium. Eat enough fats to lubricate the joints.

It always hurts to some degree but after stopping the product the pain that had increased eased some. My energy is back and sluggish muscle feeling gone. I think it's due to a ganglion cyst, but it could also be that i clench my fists in my sleep.

Cons

Each capsule only has 500mg in it. I was excited to try this as the reviews were great and sounded like a perfect fit for my ailments, however, i now feel completely exhausted. Maybe i have a low cortisol issue and this is contributing to or amplifyin... Read More
