Pros

The chain is long enough to get your plates on there without unnecessary sway. It’s comfortable and sits on my hips without slipping once i’ve got the weight on so it helps me progressively overload without interfering with my form.

Works as advertised. It does what it purports to do. Love that it is patriotic, 10/10.

Cons

The stitching across the belt should have been reinforced with more than one line of stitches and/or cross stitching. Started to rip after first try with only a 45lb plate. It is not comfortable when under weight as the sides dig into your obliques.

Not what is advertised and not worth the money. Prob due to low quality work.

It's so small that's you have to fumble with it to get it on and off with the weight you have dangling from the chain. Both carbines at the end of the chain are cheap quality.
