The only reason i took off a star is because i have used it sooo much that the straps that hold it together actually snapped and i had to sew them back together by hand

But i bought it to do high impact hiit classes insanity outside on my cement patio and the padding is just too thin for really heavy jumping on a hard surface

However if you have a small space i would recommend the 7 by 4 because the 7 by 5 i bought would be way too big if i had a small room

Have a peloton roman chair and bench on them and indents do go away after you move the bike and bench around a bit

I have no issues with slipping on the mat however the mat would not stay still on the carpeted floor
