Pros

I often put a yoga mat on top if i am doing yoga or pilates moves that involve laying on my back or stomach. It’s great for any kind of plyo, pilates, yoga workout.

It's not slippery at all and easily cleaned. The grip on the mat is also excellent. My only complaint is when you are doing hiit training and get super sweaty your hands do tend to slip when the mat gets wet.

It also rolls up nicely with the included velcro straps. Comes with a handy storage bag and velcro bands for clean, neat storing.

Was hesitant to buy such an expensive exercise mat, but took the plunge. Expensive but feels like great quality. I feel this product is a little pricey, but the exercise mat has done its purpose.

The area rug is too slippery and the yoga mat is thin and not cat scratch proof and too small.

I thought it was quite expensive (which it is) but its well worth the investment!

The price may be a lot of some people, but it is worth it to have the firm cushion and safety underfoot.
