Pros & Cons
Pros
The mat is soft yet durable enough to support exercise equipment. I mainly do beachbody workouts, p90x, insanity, etc and it's perfect. It is durable and provide cushion for my knees.
It's not a plush comfy mat, which is good and what we ordered to be a base for the wedge coming soon for our daughter's gymnastic fun. The down side is if you use this mat for deadlifts or squats it is squishy meaning you will settle into it.
X4 gorilla mat is perfect for boot-camp style workout at home. Perfect for the workout area under the chin-up machine in garage. Great option for those who want a low profile mat.
Microfiber towel is very easy to clean with a vacuum or by hand. It rolls up nicely with the included velcro straps. Comes with a handy storage bag and velcro bands for clean, neat storing.

It doesn’t chip or nick easily and doesn’t leave those weird dent s from weights that you get with the interlocking mats.
Price
5 in length, which bugs me, but i think it's still worth the cost.
Shipping
It should be shipping ups or fed ex.
Competitiveness
It is firm and creates a hard surface great for jumping, jogging in place, burpees, squats, etc.
I am able to jump and do major hiit training on it!
