I really appreciate that it has the different textured sides and the grey color is so nice compared to black. Super sturdy mat.

The thickness is just right which enables me to do exercises on my hands, forearms etc. It is durable and provide cushion for my knees. Gives some slight padding as well.

It’s great for any kind of plyo, pilates, yoga workout. If you are using it as a plank/yoga/stretching mat then this is well worth the money. I don't foresee me needing such a thing since my mat will be out at all times.

This is for the 8x4 version of the workout mat in grey / silver. This seems to be the case with my new gorilla mat.
