Yes, it is expensive, but it is soooo worth it. The mat is very durable and sturdy, perfect for both high cardio and stability-oriented workouts.

The mat is easy to move and can be rolled up and moved out of the way if needed. It scuffs easily with bare feet, but cleans up with the towel.
