Took one in the morning and then another in the evening. Better dream clarity all night long. Makes me have very lucid dreams. Took it as instructed at 5am.

The recommended daily dosage for for 400 mcg per day is too high for huperzine a. Only 200mcg is in each capsule.

This works great for brain fog but i mostly use it because i can't take the meds the doctor gave me for myasthenia gravis.

180 capsules of 200mcg isn't a bad deal, in fact it is one of the better deals, and i can drop back down to 200mcg if 400 is too much.
