Pros

Well sized, durable mat for workouts - yoga, cross jump rope, stretch and core workouts. Only drawback is that i sweat a lot and the mat can get a bit slippery.

The cushion is just enough to add a little give, without being so much that it becomes squishy. I like that it is very comfortable even using on hardwood floor which made such a difference. Using it protects my rug.

Heavy and durable material. It is excellent, but the overlap could cause a stumble. I am sure this product will last many years.

Support and supports t-25 workout ect. Fine for weight and hiit workouts wearing sneakers. I wear shoes in it, and the scuff marks disappear quickly as the mat sits.

This mat is true to size. The mat is 1/4 inch thick and durable. Some as thick as 10 mm.

Cons

There was a defect in the dyeing process during manufacturing. It slides all over the place and pushes up on one side creating a tripping hazard. It's like sliding on an ice sheet they slip right off and you can easily pull/dislocate.
