Pros

The size is great, which makes it very versatile as well. It is quality, so you will pay for it, but it has a life time warranty. Highly recommend this mat for exercise enthusiasts.

The mat sits on a fairly high carpet pile and yet remains quite stable for our exercises. It comes with straps a bag and a towel. The added straps are nice for storage.

It is thick and durable just as advertised. The thickness is just right and it's very comfortable. Thick but sturdy. Good size, great thickness.

It has good cushioning, but is still firm enough to provide solid footing. It's cushioning is firm and doesn't feel like i'm on the floor. It has the right amount of padding without being too soft.

I got it years ago, it is really durable.

Also- after trying it out the mat does not shift or move, it’s truly top notch quality.

This is big and thick enough for heavy dumbell workouts with lunges and the other torturous exercises to which i subject my carcas.

Not a mat to easily roll up and put away after each use, unless you are doing that as part of your strengthening routine!

Price

It was a little pricey for the size requirement but after receiving it i couldn’t be happier!

Packaging/appearance

Came with a carrying case and towel (not that i’m carrying a 7’ mat anywhere soon lol).
