Pros

Perfect for hiit or weight lifting. Just the right amount of cushioning. The cushioning for knees is superb - enough to cushion pressure points. If it was a little thicker i wouldn't complain.

This mat is wide and long, grabs the floor so it doesn't slide, and is soft for my poor joints. Used it on our concrete floors without any pain. My hands and feet get plenty of grip when doing yoga.

The size is manageable -- it is easy to roll-up and easy to store. The larger size of the mat and the comfort of it (protects my knees). Great size. And plenty of room for my full set of exercises and stretching.

Cons
