Pros

The quality seems excellent and it was packaged beautifully for shipping. Gorilla mats seems to be the ticket to getting a quality mat. I'm hopeful this will last me and i never need to use the warranty.

Just the right amount of cushioning.

Great thickness for padding level and not squishy /spongy. Gives plenty of firmness for and hold for doing activities.

I workout out 7 days a week (3 weights/2 cardio-mix/1 flexibility) the width is great. Perfect size for my core workout. Plenty of room for my full set of exercises and stretching.

Cons

The 4x6 is more like a cheap sponge that flattens down to nothing under your weight. It's durable, thick, and comfortable but not a yoga mat useful at all. It’s difficult to hold a pose when your hands and feet are sliding all over the place.
