I ordered the flex version, i don't know if i got the wrong item but this thing is stiff.

Waited 3 weeks to get one though so if interested order right away.

It is not as good as an older brand (the stick) i purchased that is no longer available but it felt good and will be used daily.

It’s small enough to fit in a gym bag the handles are rubber for a good grip
