Pros

Golden milk seems to be the cleanest natural product to help me sleep better and awake with less pain. Tumeric is touted for reducing arthritis and inflammation. I struggle with osteoarthritis and it eased my pain.

It gets a a tiny bit thicker after cooling down. I have to say, my morning coffee might actually be the healthiest thing i have all day.

Cons

The flavor itself is ok. It has a chalky taste. It tastes too much like an artificial coconut sweetener. It separates in water and is all around unpleasant to say the least.

This is a sweetener, and one i am allergic to, so i was highly disappointed to discover after using this that i was having an allergic reaction.

Dark tan & does not mix in the milk well. The tumeric is so little it hardly golden milk, and instead more brownish. If only it mixed well this stuff mixes in nothing! It is not golden at all.
