Pros

The thickness is great and it is super lightweight. Durability is evident especially after several in the field uses. Soft enough to cushion my knees.

This eva kneeling pad is nice and thick. It’s hard to express the comfort i have while kneeling—making it such a worthwhile purchase. Perfect to kneel and pray.

Good buy. Works as advertised. Similar eva products from various competitors sell for a few dollars less.

Cons

Extremely firm and uncomfortable. For knees sensitive to pressure, you are better off with a folded towel. This seems to be a common issue with kneeling pads.
