Pros
Tastes like sweet ripe tomatoes. Any vegetables taste better with this and olive oil mixed in. I can only say it isn't tart, it isn’t sweet - it is just a great tomato flavor.
Cons
Sticky and disgusting. Clearly wasn't sealed. I wish i could get a refund, but they don’t offer that.

Tomato powder smelled wonderful and was easy to incorporate into whatever dish i was throwing together at the time.
I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time because it takes less space than canned tomato sauce.
