To fit my female head size i needed to velcro the closure tightly and that resulted in a short match of velcro to velcro and a long loose flap beyond which obviously didnt stick to the hat

For this visor to fit me i needed to trim off almost 2” of the tab and then stitch the trimmed edge so tab so it wouldn’t fray
