Love these cutting boards. Yes, they are scratched (not deep). I find these boards more durable than typical hardwood cutting boards but less hard on knives than bamboo. No matter what i cut on these boards, they never stink.

They are really nice but not quite as indestructible as i initially expected. This pair is perfect fro smaller jobs. We are aboard a sailboat and they are small, light and durable.

A lot more attractive for serving than my ugly red cutting board. Not bad, but i do wish i had purchased a larger board instead.

Rubber feet are a must. Keeps the boards from sliding and from scratching the counter top as well as remaining plat on an uneven surface.

These are the fourth/fifth epicurean boards that i own. They are great for prepping! These cutting boards are very good, but not as stout as the other epicures.

Non slip feet constantly get in the way when cutting out chopped foods from the board. They discolor easily. After a couple of washing with detergents, it still has some smell. Spend $10 more and buy it from bed bath or find a genuine brand on amazon ...  Read More
