Pros

Silicone laurel is a godsend for anyone using an electric pressure cooker. As advertised, it is very, bendable and keeps the meat from sitting in the dripped off fats. Great solution for roasting in any size or shaped pan.

Very happy with this item. I like that it's flexible and made of silicone, so non-stick.

Cons

It's hollow underneath. This is very hard to clean because the underside is hollow and takes up a lot of roasted food remnants.

Overall very disappointing. That gets stuck in those nooks and crannies on the underside and just won't come off. This is one of those purchases that i regret.

I was soo glad they were both sooo happy with the results from this rack.

Washing it is fairly easy: removing the big stuff and top rack dishwasher placement with the hollow area facing down.

Since i am not that skilled of a cook, the product might have played a helping hand in its success.
