This gadget is amazing. This herb savor is awesome. This is why i'm suddenly writing a review for this thing i had forgotten about.
Beautiful little contraption. Works as advertised. The product performs it's job.
Cons
The spout for the water is not a tight seal and neither is the reservior. Is this plastic even recyclable? The stainless steel is just a thin collar on the plastic base.

It works really well keeping herbs fresh and helps them last a really long time as long as you change out the water occasionally.

A lack of air circulation can encourage rot.
Price
Kinda pricey, but worth having a couple in the fridge for staples like parsley and cilantro.
This saves parsley for me & money i would be spending on parsley.

I bought 3 herb savors into which i divide one washed and partially dried laid on paper toweling bunch of parsley which then remains absolutely fresh for well over a week in the fridge

One complaint would be that its a bit tippy i keep on fridge door and the plug is easy to knock out
