Pros & Cons
Pros
Bought these to use with natural ethylene gas absorbent eco granules. It has a hook to go over the edge of a mug and it makes tea nicely. Keeps the herbs and flower scent from getting in the water and sticking to the bottom of the kettle.
These things are by their nature a little delicate. It is easy to clean off under the faucet (i don't put it in the dishwasher) doesn't 'leak' the tea into the water.
Cons
The clasp is loose and the rim doesn't seal up well. Too much loose tea comes out. Too small to be of any use with whole leaf teas.
Highlights
Quality
It worked efficiently for brewing tea and the quality is excellent.
I highly recommend this tea ball for anyone looking for a durable and effective brewing solution!
The hook recently broke off in my dishwasher.
Great if your tea pot has no builded in filter or filter to come with it.
Price
Inexpensive and great for my weekly tea baths.
