Pros

Easy to use, clear instructions, easy to clean. Fully documented and easy to understand and operate. Very pleased with the customer support. Kudos to amazon.

Great pressure cooker for canning. Works well on glass top and induction portable. Works great for a propane cooktop.

Cons

The pressure cooker will not get to 15 psi…it only really goes to 12-13 psi. It's painful and my food is grossly overcooked before i ever start the timer for 75-90 min more. The gauge is broken.

This is very upsetting. I am so dissappointed. It's a shame as i was looking forward to a demostration i had scheduled.

Tried a heat plate with our old canner, that experiment failed miserably.

The problem is it stinks, and with these sensitive release valves it’ll stink up the house.

Price

Recommended if the price is okay and you want to use induction.

Overall this pc seems to be pretty good value and i hope that it’ll be passed down like our old trust worthy burpee.
