Pros
This maker brews coffee with robust and deep flavor, and it's still hot after adding cream. The coffee flavour is perfect and the liquid piping hot. This coffee perkmakes very flavorful coffee and it stays hot.
No bitterness, no grounds in my cup or bottom of percolator. Was tired of drip coffee makers. Only real gripe is the bottom piece, where the water is actually heated.
Cons
Product falls far short of expectations. Flavour is pretty bland. Just more made in china junk.

Coffee maker works great, had it for a couple of months now, piping hot, great tasting coffee every time!
Highly recommend for ease of use, clean up, fast brewing time.
Like i tell my son "dont unplug the cord buy pulling on the wire" the electical cord will never last
I have a single serve keurig that i barely use as i only drink decaf and don’t have it every day.
Price
Best coffee without a big price tag - delicious and hot!
This was very expensive for what it is, however the one that it replaced last over 32 years.
Time will tell, i hope i can use it for a couple of years at least, at this price range.

Arrived on time and in good condition.
Fast shipping, flavor wasn't as good as i thought but i might need to buy better coffee and get the right amount of coffee figured out.
Packaging/appearance
Thinking it was the kcups i bought a new box.
Competitiveness
Will buy this for myself when my old one (a different brand) kicks the bucket.

I love how fast it brews but i’m not a huge fan of the “hole” the perc straw sits into it’s terrible to clean

The only real gripe i have is the bottom piece where the water is actually heated am not sure what metal it is made out of but coffee constantly builds up there and you have to use very hard cleaning pads if not sand paper to get the coffee buildup out

Also as expected the handle after 7 years is starting to crack and will probably one day break at which point ill have to replace the unit

Well i bought this unit used from the amazon warehouse so no instruction manual included
