People need to stop being so impatient over everything these days! It's a great percolator that makes great coffee. It's very user-friendly. That applies to this! I love it and will definitely buy another one if the need arises!

Cons

My guess is the perk cycle is too fast on this unit and, unfortunately, is unadjustable. Sadly, this is not the case with this (and i presume all? Now a little less then 2 years it's not right.

Once in a while it makes great coffee, but most of the time it just very lite brown water with a little of coffee smell. The coffee filter is stainless steel which i like but unlike the fargerware percolator it is awkward to fill and the cap to secure... Read More

Pot is advertised as 6 cup. Only holds 3 cups of water. The maximum the pot holds is four 8 ounce cups.

It’s still going strong after several years!

Bought this nearly 5 years ago as an alternative to plastic drip machines, which are very unsanitary.

But i love it, yes i will go thru my beans faster but beans do have a short shelf life for optimal taste and quality, so no prob there.

This item came timely and was very well packaged.

Customer service did respond and ultimately gave me a replacement top, which so far is working well.
