Frozen spanikopita spinach pie is emphatically not a good choice possibly because the pastry is so delicate that what doesnt become brittle gets rubbery and the cheese drips out making a mess of the basket

Its instinctive to press the release button and lift but i found that unless i tipped the basket down and back while pressing the release button i couldnt get the basket out
