Main problem. It overheats after 1st bowl of popcorn by the time i do 2nd bowl for my family it shuts down for 8-10min. Returned to amazon right away. It is a beautiful machine but most unfortunately, it is not bpa free.

The machine starts when you plug it in, and stops when you unplug it; there’s no on-off switch.

This one was expensive but they are so good we spent the extra $$.

Our old one would no longer pop any kernels so we purchased this new unit and it was delivered the next day !

I have had many air poppers and they cannot compare to this one.

The difference from conventional methods of popping is that the popcorn itself is not hot think microwave or stove top kettle

Never used the butter tray only because i’m not sure it would melt the butter in the time it takes to pop but tbd

Few pointers do not start the popper and walk away it requires you to be present the entire popping time just a few minutes
