Pros

No complicated baskets and draining nonsense. No fuss. It also recovers pretty quickly.

Cons

This fryer has no temperature control knob or a light to tell the user when the oil is hot enough. No basket means some things drop to the bottom and will get burnt. Tried every outlet in the kitchen, no luck.

The only good thing i can say is what a joy it was last saturday night, to take this thing into the backyard and fling it with all my strength into the woods, to never be seen again. Will not purchase presto again.
