Pros & Cons
Pros
Love this fryer. Better than a fry daddy or grand pappy. Now i want to fry something daily.
Everything comes out out perfectly cooked and not greasy. The lid works great and it never spits grease. It cleans easily.
Cons
The design leaves something to be desired. The way the cord attaches to the device via a magnetic attachment is horrid. A defective product is never fun.
The oil never gets hotter than $250, which isn't hot enough for deep frying. The lid fits very loosely and the basket does not hold enough french fries for an adult. There is nothing to attach the basket to the fryer to let the grease drip off a bit.
Bottom is not flat - there is a groove which makes it a problem to clean. No removable insert to clean it. Big dent just to one side of the temperature control.

This is the best batch of chicken i have ever made.
Light is on all the time instead of going out when the set temperature is reached.
This is my first experience ever deep frying.
Price
The product is affordable enough to purchase for those times you want something fried.
The oil pot is not removeable so it makes cleaning a bit of a bother but all in all a good value for the $$.

Ive been frying food in a pot for a long time but always felt uneasy doing so because i felt it was harder to maintain the temperature leaving me paranoid about it being a fire hazard and also having to stand over it making sure it doesn’t get too hot and overcook the food
