Pros

Perfect size and true to the detailed description. Only issue is no vent on lid.

The nonstick coating makes cooking easy for beginners. It's not easy to scratch and cooks things well.

It heats up nicely and seems to maintain a fairly constant temperature according to my candy thermometer. Heats evenly across surface. The heat distribution is quite good with slightly lower temp.

Cons

Rating it a 2 due to durability issue. Seems what had worked great in the past, someone out of college comes up with an improvement which is nothing but a degrade from the original. Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe i should get a more expe... Read More

The nonstick coating is worn away near the middle. It heats higher where the coil is, so frying is uneven.
