Pros

The product is tried and true after 20 years of using them. Their customer service is outstanding. I 10/10 recommend this.

Electric pancake griddle is very versatile and easy to clean.

Heats and cools quickly. Keeps temp very well. Hot spots and cold spot galore. No seasoning, no rust, no high maintenance bs.

Cons

The box had been damaged on one end, and the drip tray had been broken on both ends. Bringing it to goodwill no luck. Be sure to look at the pictures in the reviews before purchasing.

Amazon offers a ceramic griddle by oster that is advertised as pfoa and ptfe free. It is not truly nonstick. The company that makes teflon claims it's around 450 or 500 degrees.
