Pros

Used about 12 times so far, mildly scrubbing with dish soap and plastic brush every time. It cleans up each time to look brand new. The removable handles are easy enough to detach and reattach.

It only takes 3-4 minutes to get up to temp, so i feel that is pretty good. I suspect that those reviewers who complain of uneven heating are failing to preheat. The pancakes cook evenly and turn out golden.

The kind of funky perforated surface is really innovative, but i find it holds just the right amount of oil needed so things don't stick. I can scrape excess oil off easily into the removable drip pan drawer.

This is the first griddle we have purchased in probably 15 years. Omg are we happy! Bought to replace a copper griddle of different brand.

Cons

Don't believe them. Tolerable, not good. Please, someone make a griddle that isn't a pos. I regret the purchase.
