Pros

Heats evenly enough for me. It's a big griddle, so it takes a bit more time to come up to temperature so that all parts of the griddle are evenly heated. One thing i did notice is that this grill does flex under certain circumstances.

It is appropriately sized. I love how streamlined it is. But again not a deal breaker.

The surface is slick and really easy to clean. The non-stick surface is terrific! The handles need to be wiped with a little degeaser, but clean up is quick and easy.

Two thumbs up. It does a wonderful job and saves so much time. Overall satisfied with it.

Cons

There is no excuse for poor manufacturing that leads to newer models only lasting a few years until it quits working. Still usable but disappointing.
