Pros

Nothing compromises the quality, it is very easy to clean. The only drawback is that you can't take out the grill apart to wash it. The sides are a bit tricky, but using a straw cleaner works like magic. Grease catch is easy toclean too!

Smaller than the grill at a typical kbbq but can feed 4 people comfortably. Comes with a spatula that slides in the surface grooves for easy picking up. Easiest grill to clean.
