Pros

It is easy on the arms and back muscles when carrying or maneuvering. It's bigger than the kitchen sink, but it’s very easy to clean. Easy to use. Cleans up well.

This is a great beginner's pressure cooker canner that won't break the bank. It's shorter than my 23qt presto, but it's great for smaller canning sessions. Have used it to process 1 quarts of stock. Will be canning green beans next.

The pressure gauge is of a very poor quality, and fell apart on my 3rd use, and now steam is leaking out of the gauge itself. The vent won't close without me holding it down for 5 minutes once it strts venting out that piece. It's not worth risking bo... Read More

Quality of the one i got from amazon is horrid. Came with bad white compression gasket. Design tolerances of this are mediocre.

The pint jars process much quicker with this size canned so ill stick to canning pint jars.
