Pros

The stainless steel is high quality and cleans easily. Food that is cooked in it comes out tasting fabulous. We like it a lot,and it is much safer than aluminum.

Nice safety feature by the handle that pops-up when the pot has been pressurized. Parts (gasket,. Good size, not too heavy when filled. Used for pressuring cooking for beans.

The presto brand still means quality. A well designed and beautifully made item. The recipient is very pleased with the cooker. I am satisfied with the pressure cooker.

Cons

Pressure isn't building up at all, plastic components are horrid. Attention ce produit est fait made in china. Previously:what a horrendous product.
