Pros

I find if when my food is done cooking, i immediately pull the pan off with a hot pad and run it under cold water it de-glazes most of the drippings. The pan is a bit expensive, but it does the job.

Pizzazz pizza maker. Fit perfectly on my machine, came undamaged and in a quick shipping amount of time. It fit in both the new and the old model. It is the same plate that comes with the newer model!

Cons

Teflon scratches easily and then food sticks to it and won't come off. It's also pretty overpriced.

It is a different color than the original models plate but it is the same plate that comes with the newer model!
