This is my second one, so you know i am totally satisfied. Thank you amazon. Highly recommend this product.
It takes the same amount of time to set up (though longer to brew) it provides great tasting coffee. Coffee is fresh & hot even after cold cream added.
Cons
They rip you off when you return a drfective product and you have to pay shipping. Coffee pot came damaged, will change back to cuisinart pot.
