Pros

Brown rice cooked in a zojirushi rice cooker has gaba settings. This allows the rice to germinate prior to cooking. Soak it for 30 minutes, rinse until the water runs clear and then cook.

Cons

The first time i made this rice it all went into the garbage. It makes me wonder if this was a bad batch or all there batches have this problem. Disgusting odor to uncooked rice, not improved with cooking. It is terribly salty and unedible.
