Pros

Shape of container fits well in pantry of rv. High quality.

This lentil mix is the absolute best! Add regular lentils for a 1/3 of container. I keep a seasoning blend i use that has a little garlic and onion chili powder and a little creole seasoning. And cook on slow cooker.

Cons

The entire batch is now a dark brown from overcooking, not its usual beautiful pale yellow. The container says best before june 2023. Ruined two different meals.

These lentils contain residues of the highly toxic herbicide glyphosate.

Product description says no cholesterol at least twice, but the nutritional info says 6mg. Terrible and frustrating.

These are not whole mung beans. Lid smashed in and beans all over the shipping envelope. Split peas & can't be used asintended.
